Warranty Claims

Report a Warranty Claim. 

HOMEE maintains a limited workmanship warranty for defects that arise from a Service Provider’s workmanship, or installation errors, occurring within the scope of work performed. HOMEE agrees to repair or replace, without cost to Policyholder(s), any defective work and any damages caused by faulty workmanship and/or faulty installation by HOMEE Service Providers or by persons under contract to HOMEE for a minimum of five (5) years from final completion of work performed. 

HOMEE will not be responsible for defects in products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty but will assume responsibility for correcting improper installation of such products. In no event does HOMEE warrant the installed products.

Homeowner should notify HOMEE by filling out the claim form on this page within a reasonable period of time, not to exceed thirty (30) days, from first discovering the perceived work defect.  HOMEE will review the details of the claim and reach out for more information as needed.
